I warm up to new ppl very very slowly and Jeff’s brother invites his LDR to stay in my house for around a month at a time without consulting me at all and I hate it and I would appreciate if other introverts could validate that this is a nightmare and I’m not a monster

we had rules about this at my old house, i forget the details but it was stuff like, a day or two is fine, more than that you need the house's permission, after two weeks they need to start paying per night

yeah it’s definitely a learning curve for us both, I think if I were communicating with myself more clearly I’d be communicating with him more clearly and he’d be more on board
