this is maybe a dumb question but are there places in the world where you go out to vibe with, like, strangers at the mall and they seem generally happy rather than unhappy? idk if i’ve ever lived in one

Was walking around a mall recently in Ontario and feeling very dystopic about it all but then walked into a puzzle shop because the cashier was juggling. Incredible vibes in that room..
