fyi i literally sang the halo theme at the top of my lungs before meditating (briefly) today and it was good and i might keep doing it
giving myself time and space to be as loud as i want before meditating is genuinely working wonders, now i look forward to it

man i really feel like circle of life was a missed opportunity songwise. the intro and the chorus are some of the most memorable things in the entire disney canon but i don't believe a single person knows how the verses go off the top of their head. the verses kill it

being loud is making me understand part of the appeal of stuff like going to rock concerts and sports games. opportunities to be very loud in sync with other people. fuckin sweet
