i still have no idea what to eat for breakfast. i went through a yogurt phase and a bacon phase but neither of them are particularly appealing rn. i have the sense that i'm missing an electrolyte (mag???) but idk which. maybe i'll just chug gatorade

i used to be for a long time but now i suspect eating earlier will do good things for my circadian rhythms. just gotta eat way lighter foods than i'm used to starting the day with i think
