i still have no idea what to eat for breakfast. i went through a yogurt phase and a bacon phase but neither of them are particularly appealing rn. i have the sense that i'm missing an electrolyte (mag???) but idk which. maybe i'll just chug gatorade

Fiber and protein should be included, whatever it is. Everything else will leave you hungry a little while later. Lentils are good. Beans and rice are great, too. Straight carbs (oatmeal + OJ, cereal, etc.) will not be ideal.
