i still have no idea what to eat for breakfast. i went through a yogurt phase and a bacon phase but neither of them are particularly appealing rn. i have the sense that i'm missing an electrolyte (mag???) but idk which. maybe i'll just chug gatorade

i like the lentil soup idea, i’ve been thinking that the breakfast foods distinction is weird and useless at best

i also used to think “breakfast food” was completely fake as a concept but now i begrudgingly admit that the earlier i start eating the lighter i want the food to be, that seems real at least

cold pizza for breakfast really hits sometimes! i remain skeptical but it’s not like i eat breakfast consistently enough to know what makes me feel good lol
