i still have no idea what to eat for breakfast. i went through a yogurt phase and a bacon phase but neither of them are particularly appealing rn. i have the sense that i'm missing an electrolyte (mag???) but idk which. maybe i'll just chug gatorade

scrambled eggs with greens, maybe toasted seeds, garlic etc if you want to get fancy

scrambled eggs is tricky for me bc sometimes i like it a lot and sometimes the texture makes me gag 😬 i do hard-boiled eggs sometimes tho, hmm

gluten-free and lactose-free over here 😬 rules out a lot of stuff, it’s a pain

I'm a glutard too, I've got a buckwheat sourdough recipe that rules and is extremely easy

oh i don’t think i’ve had buckwheat bread before, noodles at least, didn’t know that was a thing. most of the gluten-free bread i’ve tried has been iffy. how’s it taste?

This might sound crazy, but: try adding dairy-free pesto + ground chia seeds to your scrambled eggs. Chia changes texture completely to eliminate that “gag” reflex, and pesto is good with everything
