it's been a super high pressure time for me; there have been so many things I have had to do & I was starting to really feel like I was pushing too hard & failing to take care of myself & then today I did this crazy new thing called *asking* for *help* wow truly a revelation

I'd been asking some ppl who love me for support & understanding & emotional space & for them to let me bounce ideas off of them & that was important but today I actually just reached out & asked my sisters if either of them could take something off my to-do list & like EUREKA 💡
