it's come to my attention that some of you can remember memories and feel the way you felt during the events the memory is about. i have never been able to do this. how do i unlock this tremendous power 🤔

hmm. it's a little tricky because i feel a little resistance to the whole memory process but basically if it's a good memory i usually feel nothing and if it's a bad memory i usually feel vaguely bad :/
y'know how you start thinking about something you're procrastinating on and it's unpleasant and you don't wanna think about it? like that but for every memory

anybody here have near-perfect memory?
I wanna ask about how things feel from the inside:
(0) before memorizing
(1) storage/focus/attention/excitement/expectations-of-later-use/(?)
(2) recall/pulling-mem-to-current/(?)
(3) feeling of relief/thankfulness/awe/(?) after recall
(?)
