it's come to my attention that some of you can remember memories and feel the way you felt during the events the memory is about. i have never been able to do this. how do i unlock this tremendous power 🤔

memories how far back? I can have most of the emotions from stuff this morning, and last week. Zero of the feeling from most of elementary school through middle school. Spotty throughout highschool and university.
