new spontaneous movement i’m playing around with is allowing my jaw to tremble. seems promising. some stuck energy in my jaw it seems to be helping move. presumably fear

there is this slight asymmetry in my lips i don’t think anybody but me notices but it bothers me and i’m confident it reflects an asymmetry in my facial tension i could relax someday. god knows when tho

i pay maybe a rude amount of attention to other people’s facial tension. it’s just so interesting. we’ve discussed this on here before with picture examples but the difference between a blank face and a relaxed face is astounding. blank is tense

It’s funny, in three of the 2nd set of pics I’m actively seeking out sunlight - literally sticking my head out of the window for two of them (R). In the first set, there’s sunlight (L) but I’m averse to it. It makes me uncomfortable. Same haircut & fresh shave, complete diff vibe
