one thing i lowkey like about anime is the way they have this archetype of the popular high school guy / girl who is good in all the ways: smart, attractive, good at sports, there's no sense that these qualities have to trade off against each other

My least favorite incarnation of this is the philosophy professors telling software developers to "study humanities" to become more ethical. From what I've seen the top software people are so much better at philosophical thinking than the top philosophy professors.
