anyone here know anything about itching as an anxiety symptom? this is something that's been lowkey bothering me for years but not frequently enough that it was a priority, but it's been happening more recently

tiny amounts of googling suggests it has something to do with histamine intolerance. it used to only happen to me when i was exposed to sunlight but lately it's been happening indoors, triggered by specific thoughts or feelings

I have the thing just for you!
the tl;dr is Jigsaw Magsoothe is a good intro (mag glycinate tastes bad alone) but low elemental mag, then making your own mag water is pretty good, liquid mag chloride is great, there are more forms

a gentleman and a scholar, thank you 🙏
ordering this rn, there is almost no sunlight where i am atm but hopefully that won't totally ruin it 😬
look for DHA-rich foods, sardines and cod liver are great
cod liver sounds gross but it's actually lightly salty and savory and TASTY and you can pan fry it in like 2m
