wonder if this is an effect of doing exercises for the sake of building muscle as opposed to moving things and yourself around in the world directly for object-level reasons 🤔

i try to do exercises like squats that are as compound as possible to minimize this i think. not particularly interested in building individual muscles so much as improving whole-body functional strength and coordination or whatever they call it
i really would not be but it’s sweet of you to say so 😅
