this actually happens a lot after giving birth
intense physical activity -> tears -> suddenly feel better physically

Man I haven't been able to cry since early 2019,including after I gave birth, I need to figure this shit out

might try taking a look at this:
I gotta learn that when I ask you for advice you'll usually be like "sure, pay up"
my expectations haven't caught up with that yet
