unflavored pedialyte has the least sugar but maybe still some? also iirc at one point bought all the ingredients of pedialyte minus the sugar to mix herself and turns out it’s super cheap

it manifests as this sort of funny thirst that isn’t satisfied by water. usually if coconut water or pedialyte tastes good but water tastes “dry” that’s how i know
