i like the way they look. there’s a kind of accessibility or democracy to it to me. “normal people made these in MS paint, nobody needed to be exceptionally good at art to do this”

Yeah I think I understand what you’re pointing at, but at the same time these images live rent free in the heads of millions of people. If these were beautiful images, wouldn’t this affect the inner life of all these people too?
