Hard to sleep in early labor with first. I was too stressed since my water broke before labor, but even if everything had gone normally I would have been to wired

i looked up what i was "allowed' to do and realized i was in charge. I ate a 10 inch sub sandwich 1 hour b/f The Teen was born, drank whatever i wanted etc. ended up after 27 hrs labor watching my c-section. nurses were horrified. do what u need to do
