i guess next step is to figure out wtf breakfast is and how to have it. i am leaning towards yogurt and bananas for now as maximally low-prep food that doesn't make me feel bad

scrambled eggs are risky for me, sometimes i love them and sometimes the texture makes me gag. i'll do hard-boiled eggs any day tho

fry them without scrambling and put em on a tostada with some beans and salsa. if I still ate eggs I'd probably do this every day
