why tho I can't tell if this tweet is "a lot of people seem to enjoy breakfast so I should give it a proper try and see what I'm missing" or "breakfast is the next thing on the list of Things You're Supposed To Do so I guess I'd better get on it"

i haven't been able to figure out an easy way to get food that's good for me and it's obviously blocking other stuff at this point. like i naturally delay eating because the food i have easy access to is bad and then the hunger is super distracting

also I'd be happy to chat about specifics, especially around what "good for (you)" and "easily accessible" look like. I am definitely into this kind of problem 🤓

"no dishes" is tough... you could open a can of sardines, shake on some hot sauce, and eat it with a fork ig most of my ideas involve doing _some_ cooking though, hmm
