why tho I can't tell if this tweet is "a lot of people seem to enjoy breakfast so I should give it a proper try and see what I'm missing" or "breakfast is the next thing on the list of Things You're Supposed To Do so I guess I'd better get on it"

I have a similar problem It's not a perfect strategy but I just rarely keep 'bad' food in my house For active fatties like myself I think protein and fiber are good starting points for breakfast E.G: oatmeal and egg whites
