i guess next step is to figure out wtf breakfast is and how to have it. i am leaning towards yogurt and bananas for now as maximally low-prep food that doesn't make me feel bad

I add strawberry protein powder to my plain yogurt, makes it more delicious and less tempted to add sugar.

I use a shake mix called kachaava, it has a bunch of suppliments and stuff I used to buy separate. With my favorite fruit it tastes amazing, and I feel great for hours after

i haven't been able to figure out an easy way to get food that's good for me and it's obviously blocking other stuff at this point. like i naturally delay eating because the food i have easy access to is bad and then the hunger is super distracting

May I recommend eggs, any oily fish (smoked salmon is great for breakfast) and some kefir with berries?
