been meaning to ask this for awhile: poast your supplement / nootropic stack! what do you swear by? what effects do the different thingies have? what synergies are there? etc. i wanna know

right now i am experimenting with vitamin D, omega-3 pills, microcap magnesium, L-theanine at night for sleep, occasional multivitamin gummy. i won’t swear by any of those yet. 5-HTP at night occasionally makes me feel amazing the next day but it varies wildly

1 tbsp of myoinositol under the tongue (it’s sweet) will basically stop rumination and intrusive thoughts and brings a sense of calm within about 5 mins
(1tbsp is also a lot of powder so I do it in 2-3 smaller scoops)

Time in the sun as close to waking and to sunrise as possible every day seems to have nootropic properties also but that seems outside the parameters of your question
