right now i am experimenting with vitamin D, omega-3 pills, microcap magnesium, L-theanine at night for sleep, occasional multivitamin gummy. i won’t swear by any of those yet. 5-HTP at night occasionally makes me feel amazing the next day but it varies wildly

1 tbsp of myoinositol under the tongue (it’s sweet) will basically stop rumination and intrusive thoughts and brings a sense of calm within about 5 mins (1tbsp is also a lot of powder so I do it in 2-3 smaller scoops)

I took it and it removed my inner voice for a time but left things dull rather than vibrant and excitable. SSRI vibes I think (I’ve never taken them)
