right now i am experimenting with vitamin D, omega-3 pills, microcap magnesium, L-theanine at night for sleep, occasional multivitamin gummy. i won’t swear by any of those yet. 5-HTP at night occasionally makes me feel amazing the next day but it varies wildly

Caffeine, plus nicotine lozenges when I feel like it (0-2 daily) has been really good for me recently

Nicotine lozenge gang! I'm surprised I'm the only one I know (until now) that uses them like this. Seems obviously the optimal way to use nicotine. Infrequently enough not to build tolerance/addiction, it's actually pretty useful for concentration/calming down

Time in the sun as close to waking and to sunrise as possible every day seems to have nootropic properties also but that seems outside the parameters of your question

I’m still working on my posture to meditate long hours again, right now I meditate laying down. So first I do tons and tons of caffeine so I stay alert, then lay down and meditate. Meditation removed the downsides of caffeine for me somehow (no anxiety or jitters)
