I’ve been listening to Tibetan blessing chants most of the day for a few weeks and it’s certainly improved my life. Like a hundred times a day in the liminal space between doing things I’m like woah someone is blessing me right now

I would expect it to get weaker over time but it’s actually gotten much stronger. I sit in cafes for hours sometimes (like right now) receiving my blessing and just mentally bathing in it

I sang Om Mani Padme Hum for like half an hour nonstop, spontaneously in a group of circlers, to a crying baby who got hurt. Baby seemed to appreciate the consistent attention of whole group (stopped & restated crying; we sang when it was clear baby needed more).

(mother started it and we spontaneously joined. magical. seemed to work better the more of us joined. I think it was just a v interesting event for baby--more interesting than the pain)
