Yes, a couple of times. It worked best when I chose a new identity and then focused on actions that help me embody that identity. You can't choose to quit something, but you can choose to become a different person who does different things. twitter.com/made_in_cosmos

you know... the QC post.. on feelings and stuff.. that one... Lately I like more the framing of @AgnesCallard on aspiration, deciding to pursue something and letting the pursuing create goals which you couldn't have predicted beforehand.
