last week i learned that sensory sensitivities are standard among ADHDers
this week i came across the term "ADHD meltdown"
is there a single autistic trait that isnt also encompassed by ADHD

i am pretty ADHD but i don't really have the sensory sensitivity stuff or the social stuff from the autism bundle. no issues with sarcasm or blunt affect

okay i have at least one sensory thing which is that i can't stand the feeling of ties or even tight shirt collars around my neck, i've had that for as long as i can remember. and uh also i can't wear contacts because my eyes refuse to allow them in

i used to have an incredibly sensitive stomach and groin area too but i mostly fixed that one
