here's an emerging vague guess i have about the interaction between nutrition and psychology, looking for feedback. it's probably a lot more complicated than this but really roughly: i think good nutrition can make you feel more powerful and capable at a deep psychological level

idk about that 🤔, but a blood sugar crash can feel like altitude sickness, ie impairment

i definitely find that my default reaction is expecting to have access to the same capabilities all the time
had some brain fog yesterday afternoon, started to worry that it was a bigger pattern
feeling totally fine this afternoon, realized it was just a short-term thing
