we learned in 2020 that a college education didn't successfully teach anyone how to think and a shocking amount of real intellectual work comes from autodidacts fucking around on social media
just burn the colleges to the ground at this point

Not especially. We're living far better and more social lives than we did before.
My buddy recently felt like changing careers. He went to a free industrial maintenance mechanic training course at the community college. Course took 3 weeks. He's now pulling a solid 50k.
