I've never made it past the point where you're still starving. Probably should try again, if only as an executive function exercise. What's your motivation?

the first time i did it it was because someone told me it resets your immune system by replacing your white blood cells with newer better ones. then i read about (temporary) benefits to mental clarity. rn i want to do it as a sort of extreme elimination diet thing

like i suspect there’s something in my diet that i’d be better off not eating but idk what it is and, well, ultimate test is to not eat anything
