thinking about a balls-to-the-wall thread one of you posted ages ago (i don't remember who) about a time you (iirc) fasted and meditated in a cave for several weeks and at one point a metallic sludge started coming out of your skin. anyone know what thread i'm talking about?

whoa whoa whoa can you say more? did you keep the sludge and have it analyzed to find out what was in it???

kinda gross--all my teeth turned gray after I substantially changed my diet, for the first time after like my whole childhood, but then it polished right off. never came back. not sure if in the same universe as what you're describing but maybe?

i fasted for 4.5 days and experienced no ooze 😔 was this including no water? i drank salt water. and i think the thread i'm thinking of was no water also maybe???
