yeah adding a bunch of cocoa butter (which is 1/3 stearic acid) into my morning hot chocolate actually makes me super focused: basically does the same thing to me as Adderall but without making me jittery

Interesting! I’ve seen bits and pieces of this before. I crave omega-6/-3 if I get too little. And I get insulin resistance if I eat a lot of straight-up full fat ice cream. And too much saturated fat simultaneously makes me sluggish, too energetic, and I feel like I’m aging too/

fast. But less omega-6 (Lino-whatsit) might be a really simple lever (plus nuanced/hard to nail it in 2021)? Elegant theory, vry cool.
