Interesting! I’ve seen bits and pieces of this before. I crave omega-6/-3 if I get too little. And I get insulin resistance if I eat a lot of straight-up full fat ice cream. And too much saturated fat simultaneously makes me sluggish, too energetic, and I feel like I’m aging too/
