wow this is such an interesting nostalgia trip. i have really fond memories of gchat from college and it's wild how everything afterwards managed to just be worse

i had a friend in college who was super hype for google wave, he wanted so bad for it to be the next big thing. and i actually used google+ for years because for some reason a bunch of mathematicians decided it was where they wanted to hang out, for quite awhile
