okay so i'd like to go on more walks but part of the problem is at the beginning of the walk i always notice everything i don't like about being in my body. lately it's been feeling fat :/

which idk how much of that is about fat per se as opposed to bloating from eating food that's bad for me. when i eat better food i feel less bloaty and this comes up less. the body is a mystery to me still

went for a short walk and tried to relax my long-established habit of automatically sucking my stomach in. think it went okay

few weeks ago doing body scans for hours wandering I was like something weird is going on, eventually narrowed into a dense block in my gut and I was like what’s that. I let go of it and my gut went flying out and my body felt so much better. I think I’ve been doing it forever

i think i started sucking in my gut during 8th grade. wanted to look skinnier for girls 😬
ahhhhh it's not just me!!
it feels so good to do the opposite and just push my belly out as far as it will go. decades of repressing it!
