okay so i'd like to go on more walks but part of the problem is at the beginning of the walk i always notice everything i don't like about being in my body. lately it's been feeling fat :/

i used to be like this a lot but then i did a medium dose of acid (110μg) and walked while on it and the amount of walking i've been doing increased by a literal order of magnitude after that

i used to have very deep aversion to walking and being outside partly i had never been allowed to do it unless it was with parents – at their pace, at their desire, in the places they wanted, etc – never on my own or at my own desires; working through that helped with enjoying it

also i used to have really cursed amounts of self hate for being fat (like, not the number on the scale but the actual physicalness of it (i have a cursed anecdote about this)) which made walking or other physical activity really difficult for me

basically my general approach is "find what hurts or makes it inconvenient or awkward, and play around to find solutions that work for you even if other people consider them Weird"
