okay so i'd like to go on more walks but part of the problem is at the beginning of the walk i always notice everything i don't like about being in my body. lately it's been feeling fat :/

which idk how much of that is about fat per se as opposed to bloating from eating food that's bad for me. when i eat better food i feel less bloaty and this comes up less. the body is a mystery to me still

somewhat unrelated, but you could walk to the playground/park and swing on the monkey bars -- just hits different to walking alone
