okay so i'd like to go on more walks but part of the problem is at the beginning of the walk i always notice everything i don't like about being in my body. lately it's been feeling fat :/

which idk how much of that is about fat per se as opposed to bloating from eating food that's bad for me. when i eat better food i feel less bloaty and this comes up less. the body is a mystery to me still

went for a short walk and tried to relax my long-established habit of automatically sucking my stomach in. think it went okay

That was implanted by tradition in my mom and in me thereafter, trying still to go over it

few weeks ago doing body scans for hours wandering I was like something weird is going on, eventually narrowed into a dense block in my gut and I was like what’s that. I let go of it and my gut went flying out and my body felt so much better. I think I’ve been doing it forever

I workout pretty often and I think it has the downsides of making me used to strong tensing most of my body’s muscles on purpose. Now when I tense them lightly on accident I think I don’t notice as much because it’s not strong compared to working out
