okay so i'd like to go on more walks but part of the problem is at the beginning of the walk i always notice everything i don't like about being in my body. lately it's been feeling fat :/

It sounds like a good thing to be able to go on a walk and notice whether the things you recently ate was good or bad for you. The opposite of a mystery, it's the clue!

I have these thoughts a lot and find that the best way to feel better is to do vigorous exercise, I usually feel better if I go running. Walking works too but I think the trick is to trust that maybe you'll feel like shit for the first half an hour but it'll eventually get better
