Exactly how I feel when I try to go running- notice posture and muscles uneven, tight, weak, the extra weight jiggling and rubbing, plus aches and pains from inactivity. Used to be in great shape, trying to get back there but it's tough!!!

I went for run today. I did terribly. But I made it out the front door. Which was incredibly hard for me. You can do it. Just try to make it out the front door.

The hardest is part is starting, even on a routine activity. Keep at it; the feelings may not go away, but you'll get used to overcoming them. With time your body will become closer to what you want anyway, and that should provide a boost to you self esteem!
