which idk how much of that is about fat per se as opposed to bloating from eating food that's bad for me. when i eat better food i feel less bloaty and this comes up less. the body is a mystery to me still

can you look at the trees or birds or something and seek grounding from that?

Exactly how I feel when I try to go running- notice posture and muscles uneven, tight, weak, the extra weight jiggling and rubbing, plus aches and pains from inactivity. Used to be in great shape, trying to get back there but it's tough!!!

The hardest is part is starting, even on a routine activity.
Keep at it; the feelings may not go away, but you'll get used to overcoming them. With time your body will become closer to what you want anyway, and that should provide a boost to you self esteem!
