just watched idiocracy because it's free on youtube and i was curious. honestly very interesting as a kind of historical document. the youtube comments are all "lol this is a documentary" and i don't think that's true tho, it's just the obvious joke

the first scene is still the most interesting scene to me. the rest of the movie could be read as a lazy jab at a certain lazy stereotype of conservatives, but the first scene is an amazing jab at liberals
