i've accidentally been eating a bunch of gluten (from stuff like soy sauce and teriyaki sauce) and it's been fucking my shit up, my god, i forgot how bad it is. i get knocked out for half a day

heavily processed food is one thing but someone told me once that for various reasons even fresh raw ingredients are less nutritious than they used to be - i forget the details but that's a haunting prospect 😬 is everyone malnourished all the time or what

yes? 😬 depleted soil from industrial ag and higher-yield varieties selected for size and non-uniqueness mean poorer nutrition also read recently that increasing CO2 levels could be contributing

oh that's one of the things i remember heard about - increasing CO2 levels means higher % of vegetables are carbs as opposed to other nutrients, something like that? seems bad 😬
