may need to become obsessed with micronutrient deficiencies and food sensitivities for awhile next

i've accidentally been eating a bunch of gluten (from stuff like soy sauce and teriyaki sauce) and it's been fucking my shit up, my god, i forgot how bad it is. i get knocked out for half a day

heavily processed food is one thing but someone told me once that for various reasons even fresh raw ingredients are less nutritious than they used to be - i forget the details but that's a haunting prospect 😬 is everyone malnourished all the time or what

part of the story i remember hearing is that this might be a contributor to the obesity epidemic too - if all food is less nutritious you have to eat too many calories to get enough micronutrients 😬😬😬

i ate 4 pieces of salmon sashimi as part of dinner tonight and i legitimately feel a little body high right now which is fucking crazy. google says salmon is high in "vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12, vitamin D, vitamin E and selenium." hmm

it was a bento dinner - miso soup, salad with dressing (idk what was in the dressing), rice, edamame, grilled salmon (no teriyaki sauce)
it was definitely the sashimi, the effect was very distinct and the last time i had this dinner i didn't get sashimi with it and it didn't do this. it felt similar to the first time i supplemented microcap magnesium. it happened too fast to come from digesting the sashimi tho

more like something in the sashimi signaled to some process in my body that it could release some stockpile of something it was holding onto, something like that, i have no idea what the exact mechanism is but it was definitely too fast to be digestion

Well, I don't know what you got the high from, but the dinner sounds delicious. 👍🏾
