i've accidentally been eating a bunch of gluten (from stuff like soy sauce and teriyaki sauce) and it's been fucking my shit up, my god, i forgot how bad it is. i get knocked out for half a day

i ate 4 pieces of salmon sashimi as part of dinner tonight and i legitimately feel a little body high right now which is fucking crazy. google says salmon is high in "vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12, vitamin D, vitamin E and selenium." hmm

A trick I learned is that chlorophyll has magnesium in it and it's also what gives greens their color So literally find green stuff and eat it to fix magnesium deficiency

yes? 😬 depleted soil from industrial ag and higher-yield varieties selected for size and non-uniqueness mean poorer nutrition also read recently that increasing CO2 levels could be contributing
