i think the thing where you catch a teen smoking and you make them smoke an entire pack until they get sick of it has a lot to offer as a role model for behavior change

all my sloth related problems can’t be solved that way
I descend into a lasting bad mood if I indulge myself, but not in a way that seems to prevent me from doing it again
