walking every day seems pretty good. i hear 30m a day is particularly good? that wouldn't be sustainable for me but it might be for you

I have that as a goal atm! it's not exactly working out, and a big reason is that a part of me refuses to function without novelty. Vague directions like "turn brain off" or "get buff" give me flexibility to do like either running or meditating, as long as the brain shuts off.
