so i've been reading 's meditation stuff (slowly, in bits and pieces) and getting a lot out of it for awhile now but i haven't really known how to describe it to other people and i have a description now:

i dip in like once a week to once every few months to skim a few sections and let my favorite sentences from those sections hang out in my head in the background while i fuck around. the section on "evil" caught my attention early

i have basically not ever sat down and said "i am going to do this practice from mark's doc now" but it's still been super helpful to me anyway
That’s actually how I read a lot of books so it makes sense
