i think my threshold for low dose is 'can i do a fairly good job of cleaning the bathroom and navigating a clothing store,' which i was able to do
got some cute new outfits for when i see you guys

i don’t think i’d do a good job of either of those things on 100 ug already lol, different sensitivities are wild
125 ug has me conked out apologizing to the universe for my sins
(i mention this in case you want to add a disclaimer to the post about calibrating dosages)

like if someone who’s never done psychedelics before wanted to try treating their COVID anosmia this way i’d probably recommend to them to take a lower dose to start. maybe 80ish?
I’d rec 20ug and doubling every week until it worked

i’d be shocked if someone couldn’t handle a starting dose of 40 but i guess not *that* shocked so sure, sounds good depending on risk profile
uh maybe not quite doubling tho. 20, 40, 80, 120, 160?
