any of y'all who do a lot of therapy-type stuff or meditation-type stuff find that you've become more sensitive to alcohol (in a bad way)? other foods too maybe?

oh i’ve never heard that about moving around but it kinda makes sense. this last time i sat mostly by myself watching a movie

I moved to a place slightly outside the city, so I've been meeting friends for drinks (often outside due to covid, so moving a bit already), and then biked back home for 90 minutes or so. No hangover, good feeling during and after. (Very mild poison feeling still, but not bad)
