any of y'all who do a lot of therapy-type stuff or meditation-type stuff find that you've become more sensitive to alcohol (in a bad way)? other foods too maybe?

I don't know if I've become more sensitive to it or that by gaining access to my feelings I've become more aware of my body

yeah i meant to fold that into "sensitive," wasn't quite the right word. like "do you notice alcohol fucking you up more (in the bad way)"
